    With Full Service Floral Design, you will receive fully custom wedding flowers that embody your personality and love story through artful, creative, and environmentally-conscious designs. We want every piece to feel like it was made for you and no one else.

    Full Service Floral Design is best suited for couples who are looking for custom flower designs, day-of delivery, set up, and installation. On your wedding day, we are going to take care of every last flowery detail for you – from placing each candle, to perfecting both the large scale installations and the smallest touches to ensure that everything is just right. We come back after your wedding for late-night tear-down so you and your family don’t have to worry about a thing.

    Full Service Floral Design begins at $3,000, with a suggested budget of $5,000 or greater to create the look that most of our couples are imagining and the services that make the flower magic happen.

  • SIMPLE SERVICE FLORAL DESIGN

    For couples looking for a simpler floral order (wedding party bouquets or boutonnieres, a few centerpieces, etc) with a place to store and time to place each floral arrangement, you can save on service fees with our Simple Service package. This package is also great for smaller events such as baby showers or corporate events.

    Simple Service Floral Design starts at $650, with custom quotes available. On average, a Simple Service couple spends $1500 on their flower arrangements.

    *Please note that we do not offer any set up or delivery with Simple Service; if you are looking for any type of floral installation (such as an archway), Full Service will be a better fit.

  • No, because at Sweet July Design, each floral arrangement is custom-designed. Additionally, flower prices vary by type and season, which may also affect the final price of your arrangements. You can find some average and starting prices on our Services page. If you are interested in a Full Service Floral Design, the starting budget is $3,000. If you plan to select our Simple Service Floral Design, the minimum is $650.

  • Floral designers are typically booked 6-months to a year in advance. Spring and fall wedding dates tend to fill up quickly, so reach out with a potential date as soon as you can. Sweet July Design takes a limited number of weddings per month.

  • Yes, Sweet July Design has a variety of candles (LED and real), bud vases, compotes and arbor/chuppah options, and stands. Inquire for more information.

  • Sweet July Design is based out of Gainesville, Florida, and serves Jacksonville, Orlando, St. Augustine, or anywhere else in North Central Florida. We are happy to travel outside of that for a travel fee.

  • At Sweet July Design, we first like to get to know you and your story. From there we will design a detailed proposal that goes above and beyond your wildest floral dreams and then execute it on your big day. Learn more on our Services Page!

  • During the design process, we will first look to see what is currently growing seasonally that fits the couple and their event’s design style. We prioritize sourcing locally grown flowers as much as possible, sourcing from multiple local flower farms. We even have our own cutting garden, so your flowers may be grown by Annie herself! Foraging also sometimes plays a role, which we find especially helpful to reflect the venue and create a sense of place. There are also a variety of co-ops and wholesalers that help achieve the colors and overall aesthetic customized to each arrangement.

  • Since 2018, she has attended conventions, workshops, studied instructional text books, and actively participated in florist groups to educate herself on the art of floristry.

  • Annie was stopped in her tracks the first time she saw a Ranunculus. They come in all sorts of colors and are the perfect addition to any bouquet. But it’s so hard to choose, so don’t bother asking for a true favorite because Annie will ramble endlessly about their qualities.
